SHIPPING POLICY

Everything is shipped from Friday Harbor, WA & processed with 1-2 business days. During the Summer or any hotter days, we will wait to ship any orders including chocolate until the weather has cooled down.

Currently, we can ship wine to the following states: Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Puerto Rico, Virginia, Washington D.C, West Virginia, or Wyoming.

Standard Shipping- Allow 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped to arrive.

Expedited Shipping- Allow 1-3 business days to arrive once shipped

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have any issues with your order, please get in contact with us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Unforuntantly any food items cannot be returned or exchanged. You may contact us for a replacement or credit if any item arrives defective, damaged, or contaminated. We will do our best to ensure all products are properly shipped and packaged to avoid any issues.
